I am a classically trained French pastry chef with a passion for creating exquisite desserts that delight the senses. My journey began at the prestigious French Pastry School in Chicago, where I honed my skills and learned the traditional techniques that are the hallmark of French pastry.
After completing my training, I embarked on an exciting career that has taken me to some of the most acclaimed culinary destinations in the world. I had the privilege of working at Eataly, where I was able to showcase my talent for creating irresistible Italian-inspired desserts. I also had the opportunity to be a part of the pastry team at Spago Beverly Hills, where I worked alongside some of the most talented chefs in the industry.
Most recently, I had the honor of leading the pastry team at the Los Angeles Country Club, where I was responsible for crafting desserts that delighted members and guests alike. Whether I'm creating a classic French pastry or putting a modern spin on a traditional dessert, I always strive to deliver an unforgettable culinary experience that leaves a lasting impression.
